Spin for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

November is Crohn’s and Colitis awareness month. I am sure you know someone with either one of these horrible diseases. It affects almost 1 million people. Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis research is especially important to me for my daughter was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis over 1 year ago. It is hard to see an active 25 year old cope with the side effects of UC. Ironically, my husband, Wayne, is a Gastroenterologist and has been seeing patients with these diseases for over 30 years. Now our daughter has it and we really understand the pain and other issues that come with these diseases.

Nationwide people are spinning to raise awareness, support and funds to help with these debilitating diseases.
We would love for you all to join us at Shift Cycling Studio in Guilford, CT and spin for Crohn’s and Colitis. Come out and ride with us on November 13 at 11:30 AM. You don’t have to be a cyclist to spin! It’s fabulous! Ride as hard or as easy as you want. The idea is to have fun for a great cause!
You are riding to help with research, provide support groups, find new meds and hopefully a cure.

Register now! It is $45 a bike. If you don’t think you can do an hour, bring a friend to share a bike with you! Our goal is to get two classes of spin!
There will be food, mimosas and my brother-in-laws famous bloody marks!

There will also be a “teacup” auction throughout the month of November at both the New Haven and Guilford Shift Cycling studios, as well as bellaPerlina in Madsion, CT. Raffle tickets are $10 or $50 for 6 raffle tickets. Check out the items and put your raffle tickets in the “teacup”. You have all month to add to your favorite items and believe me they are incredible!

Thank you Shift and all the rockstar spin instructors! A big shoutout to Kacey our coach! Kacey worked at bellaPerlina since she was 15 and now rocks it at Shift! She will be your inspiration!

See you all on November 13th at 11:30. Tell your friends! Share the brochure attached too!
